1. Do you require your customer's to sign a Contract?

A contract is not required. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean and we have build High Maintenance cleaning by doing just that.

 

2. Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipments?

We arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkling clean. If you'd like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We'd be happy to do so.

 

3. Do you offer a guarantee for services?

We care about our house cleaning service to you, and we're not satisfied if you're not. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was miies, and you are not satisfied with your house or office cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will be back out at our expense to correct the problem.

 

4. How do I make my payment?

We ask that you leave a check in the kitchen made out to"Rite Touch" on the day of your cleaning.

Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept cash, credit card and checks.

Retured checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

 

5. what do I do if I forget my scheduled cleaning?

We contact all our clients the day before the scheduled cleaning to remind them of their cleaning appointment. Please call us to cancel prior to the scheduled cleaning day.

 

6. Can I trust Rite Touch?

YES! With Rite Touch, you are protected. Our employees are back-ground checked, bonded and insured. We pay all federal, state, social security and payroll taxes.

 

7. Do I have to be home when Rite Touch staff arrives?

90% of our customers are unable to be home when we arrive, so many gives us a key to be safely stored. Others prefer to leave a key in a location. If you must be home for us to gain entry please let us know.

 

8. What if something gets damaged or broken?

Accidents occasionally happen. Rite Touch is fully insured and will replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our staff. It is our company policy that our teams report any incident that occurs. Honesty is always the best policy.

 

NOTE: If you do have something of extreme or sentimental value, we ask that you inform us inadvance. This may be an item we prefer not to touch.
